Good content, but it was a lot to take in during one sitting. It may have helped to break it up a little. Or break it into two classes one as a beginner/introductory level course covering introductory concepts and then one that gets a little more into the nuances.

This class had a ton of information and almost too much information for the time allowed. May be a good idea to spend more time on those forms that most of us would be less familiar with. Most of us have knowledge of FBAR, 5471. But it would be good to have a class that focuses on other forms that are not used as much in practice, in order to help avoid possible penalties.
