With over 20 years of experience in the human resources industry, Dana Neiger is an accomplished author, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Co-Founder of HIVE Talent Acquisition Firm LLC, a global HR solutions firm based in Atlanta. Dana is a seasoned HR professional known for her expertise in HR consulting, talent management, and organizational development. At HIVE, Dana has played a pivotal role in providing strategic HR services to businesses, helping organizations navigate complex HR challenges and build work environments where both employees and the company can thrive. 


Dana’s HR consulting expertise spans key areas, including workforce planning, leadership development, employee relations, organizational design, and HR strategy. She specializes in helping businesses create high-performing, inclusive cultures that foster employee engagement, retention, and long-term success. Her approach focuses on aligning HR practices with business goals to support organizational growth and transformation.

A proud alumna of Agnes Scott College, Dana earned a BA in Business and Economics and co-developed the Women in Business club. She has also served as President of Temple Emanuel of Greater Atlanta and is an active member of the Diversity and Inclusion Task Force Committee for ACEC Georgia.
