The course content was scattered. He jumped from subject to subject. It seemed thrown together.

The course was informative and relevant, but based on the March 2021 time frame, there were a few more current law changes that were not available at the time of recording. Still worthwhile information. Technical difficulties with course starting over at the 45% completed mark. I ended up watching the first half of the course twice.
