This webinar was good for process mapping and workflow portions of the Payroll Manual. I will need this and more resources to understand it better.

The title may not adequately explain the course. I did find the course very informative and useful but the focus was more towards the process and not the Payroll Manual per se, in my opinion.

The presenter provided an excellent outline of the materials and I always find that examples help my understanding of the topic. This is an area that I knew a little about and learned more.
