Great webinar discussing the taxability and rules of different fringe benefits. I definitely learned a few things that I was unaware of. The presenter also went at a great pace while discussing the topic.

It was an informative course and I gained a lot of information I will use going forward.

Overall, the content was great & relevant to my payroll and tax duties. The only issue is I've noticed that the volume is really low when the instructor is speaking. I usually have to put my volume on 100% in order to hear her & even then it's not loud. Her voice at my volume at 100% sounds more like the volume being at about 40%. There is another instructor whose volume is great & I actually have to lower my volume down to about 30% because she speaks loud & clear, but this instructor is a struggle unless you increase the volume to near 100% or right at 100%, which is the max.
