Denise presentation was very engaging and provide me with information that I can use on the job. NLP, Fraud analytics, the pairing of AI with facial recognition technology and drones. All of these are important insights. I rate highly most course but Denise course is the most useful I found thus far and it is only 1 credit. Great work!

Denise Cicchella is a great instructor in teaching the course material in how it is used in practice and incorporating her own experience. This course gave a great overview on investigating cybercrime and the use of AI to help investigators detect fraud.
