H explained, investigative techniques, and limitations on information that can be accessed without proper credentials and administrative procedures. In addition, he explained actions that small business owner can use to prevent fraudulent activities.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with the Cyber Security training. The session was informative, engaging, and easy to understand. I gained valuable knowledge about cyber threats such as phishing, ransomware, vishing, data breaches, and the importance of security controls like encryption and multi-factor authentication.
