I ENJOYED THE WEBINAR AND INSTRUCTOR. HOWEVER THE COURSE MATERIAL SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE COURSE STARTING TIME WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN. ALSO, THE CORRECT ANSWERS TO THE POLLING QUESTIONS SHOULD BE SHOWN. THE INSTRUCTOR IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I HAVE TAKEN PREVIOUS WEBINARS WITH THIS INSTRUCTOR.
