For any CPA who has had the honor and privilege to attend one of Dr. Minniti's seminars, this comment is repetitive. I am most appreciative of this presentation on the Corporate Transparency Act. We are now in limbo, after last week's determination of the constitutionality of the Act in one of the districts. Time is truly of the essence. Although I believe this conformity is a legal consideration and not an accounting issue, I believe that our awareness of the issue is essential. Thanks for giving us access to Dr. Minniti.
