Dr. Minniti is my favorite instructor on this platform. His common sense, no BS approach to forensic accounting really makes the content easy to digest.

I am glad I registered for this course because I was unaware of the upcoming Corporate Transparency Act. The course materials are a great reference tool if you think the act applies to your clients.
MS
Good session to get familiar with the Corporate Transparency Act. The course appropriately covers explanation on beneficial owner and its reporting requirements in compliance with the Corporate Transparency Act.
CG
Insightful and comprehensive course designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to adhere to the requirements of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA). Dr Minniti is my favorite instructor on My-CPE. he gives great examples, as a great sense of humor, and has a unique way of explaining the topic. The subject is one then I I will ever use, but it was very interesting and the time flew by.
MM
Not one of Dr. Minniti’s best. Light on any real update, although he has a lot of his stories about his experiences (which is what makes his courses special). One thing that is troubling is that over use of “you know” at times almost makes it unlistenable … once he used in 7 times in a 15-20 second span.
