FLSA stands for FAIR Labor Standards Act, not Federal. I also saw FLSA referenced as FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) in one of the review quiz questions . This is unacceptable.

Good course but the platform conducting the course needs work.

Content needs to be updated because the 2025 DOL 2025 Overtime Rule was canceled. It was overturned in a Texas federal court on November 15, 2024. The overtime threshold will remain at $35,500 annually unless new regulations are introduced.
