I found this Webinar "Internal Controls for Business: Part 1" to be a great review of the needs/purposes of Internal Controls within the business processes to help prevent and limit frauds and mis-statement in Financial Reporting. Dr. Minniti was very good as usual in presenting on all the key areas regarding internal controls.
