Dr Minniti presented a good overview of managing risk associated with vendor selection, and management process.

Instructor knows what he's talking about. Although it seems odd that he often mentions scenarios about replacing a vendor. It will happen, though a better approach to risk management is regular check-ins to assure all expectations continue to be met. He mentions this, too, but just once.
