The session was overall good, but I was disappointed on the coverage of the income method. The presenter only showed formulas, but no examples. The best way for me to understand a concept is to see examples. For example - the CAPM formula - just going through an example with numbers that might currently apply would have been super helpful. Also showing a example of a completed appraisal would have been helpful. I ended up going to the internet to see examples of both. Because of this, I didn't get much out of that section.

Disappointing. The course was all over the place. No real value except some of the definitions. No clarification on whether investing in crypto is a good strategy.
