The instructor is really enthusiastic and it's contagious! I feel like he needs to emphasize a little more that AI responses need to be thoroughly vetted by a human because it does make stuff up. A tax specific tool like BlueJ or TaxGPT can really help with this.

The presenter was very knowledgeable, some of the participants materials were hard to read as was the presenters online pages. However, the materials gave website addresses on the pages which I did find helpful. I have worked with the TAS in the past to get clients issues with the IRS resolved in a more friendly and timely manner.
