The speaker/instructor was engaging and covered a lot of material, providing a broad overview of what cognitive biases are and exist in accounting, but more importantly, how they manifest themselves in ways that we need to be aware of. Overall a great course that also provides lots of resources and ideas to apply in our everyday work.

it was excellent; however, I wish he'd covered how to ask Ais to improve on pre-existing policies. Also, my jike is- why didn't you get an AI to lead this training in stead of a human?
