The was absolutely a great webinar - who know about all the AI applications, and usefulness of them. The presenter was well versed in all the different apps and how they can be used to improve the workforce.

The presenter was very knowledgeable, some of the participants materials were hard to read as was the presenters online pages. However, the materials gave website addresses on the pages which I did find helpful. I have worked with the TAS in the past to get clients issues with the IRS resolved in a more friendly and timely manner.
