This was a great learning experience/refresher on the reporting of changes to file amended s-corp returns. It gave me helpful information on COGS and K-1 reporting. Even though I do not use Lacerte, it is easy to understand how it translates to my firm's software.

Presenter read the slides almost verbatim. Content was fine but really centered on publicly traded companies. There are many private equity companies that go through similar/same processes which contemplating an acquisition. Overall the webinar was ok.
