I thought Greg's presentation was very good. It laid at everything very clearly in discussing the differences between Equity Value and Enterprise Value along with the steps and components of Enterprise Value. Well worth the time!

Words have differing meetings. Enterprise value in larger entities would have differing views from enterprise value in a divorce proceeding. Comparing and contrasting the meaning of terms is always helpful. Mr. Holzel did a fantastic job in big company Enterprise value. Thank you.

Great, great, great. I have taken 46 credits with My-CPE and this was one of the best. Presenter spoke clearly, slide was very good, and he used case studies. Made me understand a topic I always avoided.
