Truly a different perspective in valuation focused on purchasing instead of selling, merging instead of divesting. Measuring synergies, modeling the assumptions with more than the traditional discounted cash flow, measuring probability of management attainment of assumptions, etc. offer a new look at the discipline. I really enjoyed the speaker. I have had the honor of hearing him in other presentations. First Rate!
