I thought the presenter did a wonderful job of balancing the human aspects along with the technical and legal elements. Bringing up the "less than ethical" components provides the ongoing wariness that is necessary in protecting our clients' safety and best interests, especially as they become more vulnerable with age. I really appreciated the instructor's candor about her own aging and relating to her clients' personal (not just financial) needs.
