Yes. ISACA conducts an annual CPE audit. If you are selected, you must provide compliant supporting documentation for the audited year.

No. ISACA lists ITCA as a retired certification for new earners. Existing credential holders can still maintain the certification under the published maintenance rules.

Failure to meet the CPE, fee, audit, or ethics requirements can result in revocation of the credential. ISACA publishes a reinstatement or reactivation process, and additional fees may apply depending on the holder's status and timing.
