Lots of great information, I understand the pass through entities held by trust much better now. Because of this webinar I will be able to help my clients that has this. It opened the door for more information on LLC's and S corp sponsers, try it if you should have any questions on what happens during a trust and who gets what.

This presentation regarding Partnership Allocation was very informative and presented with a highly skilled technical presenter that gave examples for different kinds of fact situations. However, the information could had been extended maybe an hour longer or more. Excellent Presenter

Excellent presentation by J. Patrick. Although new to the subject matter, I feel confident enough, after some studies of the related tax regulations, to seek out doing tax prep and planning partenership customers relating to Form 1065. Understanding the each concepts felt natural for me in being able to interpret what he intended to teach. Nothing about his delivery was confusing to me at all, He was clear and concise, and I look forward to learning and gaining more in-depth knowledge more from Mathew on this subject matter

This webinar came at a very good time as I am in the process of amending a return. All the question I had were answered in this discussion and I am very appreciable of the knowledge I gained. thank you very much. he presenters are good and display a wealth of knowledge.
Excellent presentation both n delivery and content. I do have one question. Why is it that when Congress passes comprehensive tax legislation, it makes tax law more difficult to understand? I refer you to the 1986 tax act and the 2017 tax act. Perhaps, it is trying to create the accountant's and tax lawyer enrichment fund?

J Patrick is very knowledgeable and presented the material very clearly. Since the subject matter gets complicated when one's income goes beyond the threshold amount and he had a lot of slides which he couldn't cover with the allotted time, it became little difficult to follow his lecture at the end. Overall, I am happy I attended this webinar and I followed most part of the lecture. The handout is great. I will definitely review those again. Thanks.
