I really enjoy this presenter. He is able to explain complex reporting and analysis on his own words. However, we ran out of time on the last item he was covering - IRC section 734(b) distribution.

Course was excellent! The presenter was very knowledgeable and shares information in a manner that is easy to understand and follow. It is a bit frustrating that the exam covers so much additional material than what is covered in the presentation. If watching the video presentation is required to access the exam perhaps it would make more sense to have the exam over the material from the presentation. Otherwise, just make the course self study and the handout material can be read.

The material is extensive. This makes the class materials all the more important. splitting a class like this into a two or three day series would make it easier to digest.

I found watching the videos and completing the MCQs on federal tax updates to be very helpful. The videos provided a clear understanding of key tax provisions, and the MCQs allowed me to reinforce my knowledge and apply what I learned effectively.

This was a good course overall. The information was timely and well organized. There were some technical issues with the videos stopping unexpectedly and not advancing to the next section properly, but they were eventually resolved after contacting support.
