Great Webinar, I appreciate the updated material and reminders from previous. The instructor is clear, consice and explains in detail. The most relevant updates were included in the Webinar.

The presenter is thorough, but with the materials provided could easily have extended this part of the course to twelve hours. I assume the same is true for the second part of the course! He alternates well between explaining principles and applying them to the case of the Sampsons.

Very informative course which will greatly help me prepare partnership returns. The instructor spend alot of time going over the details and important points. Time well spent! I liked the instructor's stories and humor which kept the session moving.

I thought Patrick did a great job. My biggest complaint is that the final quiz asked so many questions referencing regulation codes. I feel I knew the information but the questions were worded in a very confusing manner.

The presenter spoke very well, but the handouts did not include all the referenced materials on the table of content, which made it hard.

I was excited to take this course as I have multiple clients who own S-Corps. This went beyond my expectations. This was my first live webinar with my-CPE so I was not aware how long the class would be. It's 50 minutes per 1 CPE credit. I was not ready for an 8 hour day. The instructor went into great detail and he was easy to follow. I believe I'll have to take this class again to fully absorb all of the details. I highly recommend this course.
