Clear, practical explanation of Form 1120S concepts with strong focus on real-world application. The workshop made S corporation taxation and reporting much easier to understand.

I was very tired today, but class seemed to meander. Personal income tax returns can require a lot of knowledge. Hard to follow if you are not already familiar with Form 1040 and its associated forms and schedules. Yesterday was better.
