I was excited to take this course as I have multiple clients who own S-Corps. This went beyond my expectations. This was my first live webinar with my-CPE so I was not aware how long the class would be. It's 50 minutes per 1 CPE credit. I was not ready for an 8 hour day. The instructor went into great detail and he was easy to follow. I believe I'll have to take this class again to fully absorb all of the details. I highly recommend this course.

The material was appropriate and informative.

The instructor is knowledgeable. He covers in this presentation numerous partnership tax items and tax reporting requirements. To get maximum benefit, two eight hour sessions on the topics would be helpful. There are too many tax issues and tax reporting requirements to cover in one session. The instructor was unable to cover all course material due to lack of time.
