This was a well organized and thorough presentation of this topic. I really appreciate his handouts, not only describing the tax law but including excerpts from the IRC and Regulations. The handout will become an excellent tool when preparing basis computations for S Corp shareholders and partners, at least until the next major tax law change - HA HA! And speaking of HA HA, I also appreciated Pat's humor. Taxes is a dry subject at best, so injecting humor makes listening more interesting. Great job!

This presenter is highly knowledgeable in the field of taxation. THis course signifcantly improved my awareness regarding the complexities being resolved behind the scenes when using tax software. I also learned additional techniques to reconcile data inputs with outputs from the software.
