The presentation was very detailed and gave a great walk-through of a sample 1120-S---exactly what I was looking for. The PDF handout will also prove helpful as a reference guide. I wish I took this course before I completed my first 1120-S this tax season, particularly in understanding the M-1, M-2 portions of the return and how basis is supposed to be properly calculated. I am registered for other CPE course that have Mr. Garverick as the presenter and I am looking forward to them. Thank you. David Kay, CPA
