Once again the email to join the webinar was riddled with grammatical errors. I still don’t know whether it is an AI issue or you’re using real people with poor English but it definitely makes me hesitant to recommend your products. I used the website chat help after the webinar started because I couldn’t find the downloads. On a previous CPE they were available on the CPE page. The instructor said we should have already printed out some of the material. Instead it appeared on the webinar chat section in the middle of the introductions from participants. I was able to download and use the materials but it was awkward as I had to use the Split View feature on my iPad. The speaker was excellent as expected. I have attended many of his presentations over the years and they are thorough. His materials are well thought out and relate to real tax issues. The webinar was set up well. The material was easy to read and his screen notes were easy to read. I liked that he wrote them as he was talking so they were also easily followed. He was personable with just enough personal stories to engage while keeping on topic.
