Pat Garverick is one of the best CPE instructors I've ever had. He is so thorough and organized, yet makes the class fun and interesting. That is a difficult task for such a subject as this. I will pick this instructor ANY time over ANY other courses just because of his teaching style and vast knowledge. A++++

An outstanding speaker who presented the subject with mastery in planning, preparing and delivering the subject. This subject requires extensive research and comprehension of complex threads to stitch make it simple in presentation with references and illustrations.

Very hard to cram all the 2024 tax changes into one class

Presenter was knowledgeable, pleasant, was not boring and easy to listen to. As the title of the class was to include "current developments" I was surprised to find that almost half of the day was spent on items that MIGHT sunset after 2025 and affect 2026 tax preparation. When signing up for the course I had an expectation I would learn more about items related to current tax year prep and not something that may affect us 2 years in the future. I feel like I still need to sign up for another tax refresh class before I begin my tax season. The class was interesting, but did not provide what I expected based on the title.

Patrick is hinting at "retirement" so I'm hoping I retire before him as he will be impossible to replace! He says his teaching method is somewhat unorthodox. Needless to say, his method of teaching is superb so unorthodox works great for me!
