This is a class I would have new tax prepares take. The instructor took his time to not only explain how to prepare an 1120S but understand all regulations that go into being an S Corporation.

Really enjoyed the presentation style. I got bored a couple of times, but that is to be expected in a class this length covering things I do on a regular basis but wanted to shore up. And, despite the boredom, I learned several things I had previously missed. Fantastic course.

This was a bit long with a ton of information that I found easy to understand.

Pretty informative. He made a complicated topic pretty easy to follow. The test questions at the end were very specific. Not a "did you really listen to the entire video", but 40 very specific and sometimes unimportant questions for the level of content.
