The sequence of the webinar seems to be off. I had to go back several times to start from the fisrt bullet point and then retake several parts since the system didn't tag my attendance. One thing I like was the topic update to current tax law.

The instructor was first rate. I'm a retired CPA tax and business valuation partner. Clearly this program is for people working in tax in their firms or companies. I took it to stay somewhat knowledgeable on tax for the business valuation services I'm solely involved in currently. More tax info than I needed at this time but for tax people I highly recommend this instructor.

The course was excellent on all levels. The presentation was easy to follow and understand. Explanations of even the most difficult topics were were effective. And the .pdf handout will make for both an excellent learning tool and a resource when dealing with s-corp returns.
