Several of the final exam questions were ambiguious (esp # 7) and refer to old tax law (2010 and the like).

This MyCPE course was very informational. I thought the instructor did an excellent job of explaining complex items in a way that the viewer could understand. It has grew my knowledge in the preparation of 1120S returns.

Good examples but the details of IRAs are overwhelming. Maybe make smaller courses with less information like types of IRAs or something so you could absorb more details.

I was very impressed with the webcast, Partnership & LLC-Form 1065-Formation to Liquidation and the instructor, J. Patrick Garverick, as well as the materials that accompanied the course. Very informative and thorough, and well written. The use of case studies was very effective and helpful.
