A bit duplicative taking the two back to back. Too much time on things that rarely come into play. Maybe just me but I'd like to see real applications of the interpretations. I am pretty seasoned so not much of this is new.

It was a quick referesher to my understanding of the S Corp. I even grasped a few new things not known in the past.

My only issue was my registration confirmation did not explain where to download and print the course handout prior to me accessing it online. While I found the format somewhat easy to follow, I don't think someone who is taking a first-time class on S-Corp could do so. As an EA, my tax knowledge is strong in most areas, and that helped me follow along with the instructor.

This was the best CPE class I have taken all year. The instructor was Fantastic. Material is timely and well organized. He was insightful and very clear. I plan to take more classes with him.

The presenter spoke very well, but the handouts did not include all the referenced materials on the table of content, which made it hard.
