A very well presented webinar. Lists and describes implications of the subject comprehensively. The subject is complex and serves well as a basic groundwork for further study. Presenter exhibited outstanding knowledge and provided a great learning experience.

Alternative investments like cryptocurrency, oil & gas, and Opportunity Zones offer tax-deferral, immediate expensing, and capital gains planning opportunities, but require careful tracking of basis, holding periods, and IRS compliance. Missteps can trigger ordinary income recognition or IRS scrutiny, especially for intangible property or charitable contributions.
