JB
Reminder that we're more alike than different
EB
This course provided me with a solid understanding of generational gaps, which I can take into the workplace.
RR
Love the ability to have the talking point slides, makes following along much easier. Jan did a great job, but would like to have more concrete/real life examples of conflict situations and how to resolve them between boomers and millennials.
JB
Inaccuracies regarding the studies she cited and in a couple of cases, incorrect interpretation of the results based on the stats she quoted. Otherwise, a thorough lesson on conflict resolution based on her experience and some solid suggestions on how to be more effective when engaging difficult customer/employees/etc.
OM
Humanism was a 18th Century concept to explain compassion and kindness for our fellow human beings, not based on a theology. The course holds true to this concept. The millennials significant reliance on agnosticism or atheism instead of a theistic belief is very suitable for the presentation geared to Humanism. The speaker did a wonderful job of explaining the focus of Baby Boomers from Millennials. Gen X'ers certainly were portrayed very favorably.
JM
This course really focus on the behavior side and seemed to gloss over some of the responsibilities of the company when an accusation is made. Overall good knowledge
LM
