Good information on a topic for which I have little knowledge. Instructor was well versed.

Ms. Louis offered a very cogent narrative on the use of SPAC's that I have never considered. Fraud seems to find a way of worming into anything that is focused on trust. Violation of trust is the seemingly greatest opportunity for theft or unjust enrichment. Great seminar. Thank you
