This is my first webinar with My-CPE and what a pleasant surprise. The presenter, Jennifer Louis from Emergent Group, was an excellent communicator and teacher. The webinar was easy to understand and to follow the topics. The technique to bring me back in if my mind was wandering worked with me..."an arm and a leg"...I'm still laughing. The computer program worked well too.
