Very informative and clearly explained what is a confusing subject. Love that the jokes are added in just to keep it fun while we are learning some dry info. I love these classes and really get a lot of new insight and learn a lot in each of the classes. One general comment that I would like to make related to the polling questions in the webinars. For all these webinars- it would be helpful if the mycpe could allocate one minute for each polling question where it is quiet after the instructions and reminders are given. In certain webinars, like this one, take some thought and concentration to read and answer and some of us can't concentrate while reading when someone is talking most of the time. It may take a few extra seconds for each poll but is needed to have time to really test out knowledge- when these subjects are often new to those taking the class. Thanks and we appreciate these offerrings!
