The instructor did a great job of explaining what the yellow book was and how it was applied. I do not do any government auditing work but wondered what the differences were. Now I have a clear idea of this. It was not at all boring and very informative. It was a good refresher for ethics, especially independence.

The instructor paced well, was easy to listen to, and presented clearly.

Overall the content covered was good and informative. Also it was relevant and the facilitator was well versed in the information. The only issue was at the beginning the webinar did not appear to be launching properly as it had no sound or video for the first several minutes.
