Overall the class is well structured. The handouts were helpful as well. I was confused on one of the M-1 hand outs. One had "Line 3" as for book expenses that arent' deductible when I thought Line 3 on M-1 was for guaranteed payments. I think the presenter was just using a numerical ordering vs. actual correspondence.
