The main reason for taking the webinar was to see examples of even basic completion of the K-2/K-3. What ifs. For example, I receive a brokerage 1099 for a partnership that receives $30k of dividends of which $6k of foreign with $1500 tax withheld. What would the K-2/K-3 look like. What a Private Equity K-3 may look like when received for my partnership that will pass-through.

The instructor was excellent. I enjoyed the webinar very much. I, too, am very conservative and do not have wi-fi in our office. emails are on different computer than our software. We use Multi factor authenticator as well
