MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COURSE WAS GOOD. THE ONLY AREA THAT NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED IS THE HANDOUT MATERIALS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TWO TO THREE HOURS PRIOR TO THE COURSE START TIME. SOME COURSES HAVE THE HANDOUT MATERIALS AVAILABLE WITH THE E MAIL RECEIVED ON THE DAY OF THE COURSE AND OTHERS (THIS COURSE) THE HANDOUT MATERIAL IS ONLY AVAILABLE MINUTES BEFORE THE COURSE START TIME IN THE CHAT AREA. I LIKE TO REVIEW THE COURSE MATERIAL SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE COURSE. THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE CONSISTENCY CONCERNING WHEN AND WHERE THE HANDOUT MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE. THANK YOU.
