I thought the course was good, however I was under the impression we'd walk through how to fill out the home sale worksheets. I enjoyed the real-world examples Larry had in the course and thought they added to how home sale situations occur. The different ways to gift a home and the examples were well structured also. I got a little lost on the different trust examples and thought it was a little too in-depth for this type of course. I didn't think "ways to improve resell value" on your home was very applicable to the taxation portion for this course either. Overall, I thought the course was good and learned some new things I hadn't seen before. Would take more courses with Mr. Pon again.

This was my second CPE experience with Mr. Pon and he did a wonderful job by adding those personal experiences or even adding a few jokes. I know statute of limitations may not be the best thing to listen to, but he had my full attention for the 2 hours.
