I found Larry's referencing 2021 strategies to be confusing when we are already in 2022. For example - I can not recommend having my client's do a back door ROTH now for 2021 although he made this reference several times as well as other 2021 tactics that can no longer be taken advantage of in 2022. I thought he presented the other facts accurately just mixed up and confused tactics to be used.

The main reason for taking the webinar was to see examples of even basic completion of the K-2/K-3. What ifs. For example, I receive a brokerage 1099 for a partnership that receives $30k of dividends of which $6k of foreign with $1500 tax withheld. What would the K-2/K-3 look like. What a Private Equity K-3 may look like when received for my partnership that will pass-through.
