Mr. Pon recognized there was far too much detail for a single hour, and effectively bridged the gap of important information and "nice to knows".

This was great but I think it should have been longer. There were many aspects of the new bill that the instructor could not touch upon in the given time. 2-3 hours would have been better, however, I also understand that the bill hasn't passed yet so it might be silly to spend time on it now.
