Some take aways for me was on how some other companies do financials differently than others and how upper management use the financials. This course allows me to see the financials in a bit different format and what to look for as well. Always looking for better understanding from others.

A good overview of forecasting. Much of this is 'common sense' however it never hurts to review the fundamentals. The proforma discussion could probably be condensed a bit and might be more useful with some practical examples of how to roll Income statement assumptions into the balance sheet and cash flow statement. An easy process in theory, but in order to do it efficiently when updating the proforma would be some practical learning.
