I can see why Lynn Fountain is an in-demand trainer. Not only is she clearly knowledgeable about her topic, but she speaks in a clear & concise way with minimal filler words like "um" or "ah". Her pace of speech, and tone of voice are both very pleasant and easy to follow. She illustrates every concept with transaction examples. Recommended
