The visual aid in the course had multiple formatting and grammar errors that distracted from the teaching. Also, the course looked to be prerecorded given how the instructor was speaking or, at the least, had outdated talking notes. If it was prerecorded, then I do not think there was any added value having it in a live format and it should not have been offered as such.

The instructor seemed very knowledgable on the subject and gave an interesting presentation. I feel like this was a valuable way to earn CPE credit.
